Pedals are designed for use on the inputs of amps.They are the wrong impedance and do not have the proper output voltage for driving a serial insertion type of effects loop. ) 

Class AB fixed biased Quad of EL34's in the output in place of the original 6L6's to give you that smooth blues sound plus more  headroom.
