HOW TO ORDER
 
PLEASE NOTE: We do not stock any amps, cabs, speakers or accessories. We do not have any showrooms or amps on hand to demonstrate. We do not use dealers. All sales are made direct from our website.  All products are built to order and shipped  direct to the customer.  We do not have any local pickup at our factory. All orders are processed in sequence by the date of your order. Our lead time varies depending on our backlog at the time of your order.  It is usually about  4 - 6 weeks, but please understand that this is an estimate and the actual time may vary.
 
We have tried to make the order process very easy. To order any of our products, please fill out the Order Form below. When you have completed filling out the form, click the SUBMIT button. Once we receive your order,  we will send you an invoice to pay us with.
 
PAYMENT:  Payment in full including shipping costs is due with your order. Payment methods are shown below.
 
 
PAYMENT METHODS:
 
1. CHECK OR MONEY ORDER - We accept Checks or USPS money orders and we give a  5% DISCOUNT for using this payment method. It costs us money to process credit card orders and we pass the savings on to you.  If you choose this method, we will email you an invoice with the address to mail your payment to.
 
2. CREDIT CARDS - We use PayPal to process all credit card orders. If you choose this method, we will send you a PayPal invoice.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

PAYMENT:   Payment in full including shipping costs is due with your order. Payment methods shown below:

 

Credit Card -  If you want to pay with a credit card, we  use PayPal.  All payments for sales outside the USA must be made with PayPal.

 

Money Order - We only take USPS money orders.

 

Checks - We do take checks.

 

Cash - We do not take cash.

 

SHIPPING: The buyer pays all shipping costs and insurance as required. We ship UPS ground in the USA and USPS Express Mail outside of the USA

 

RETURNS: We try to describe the item as accurately as possible in the description. If you have any questions, please email us before purchasing your amp. All of our amps are custom built to order.and for this reason ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Also, please note that once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled. The reason for this is that we do not stock any amps or parts.  We have a large backlog of orders and to keep on schedule we have to process new orders immediately. Once your order is received, we take your funds and order the fabrication of the chassis, faceplates, transformers, parts, tubes, etc. There is no way we can cancel the orders with our suppliers once they have been processed. There are NO REFUNDS.

 

WARRANTY: We guarantee our amps unconditionally including component parts and labor  for one year.  If you have any problem,  just send it back and we will fix it. This does not include tubes. Our tube warranty is 90 days which is the same warranty that  we receive from our supplier.  


 

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE USA: All shipments outside the USA are shipped USPS Global Express Mail or USPS Global Express Guaranteed Mail depending on the import shipping requirements of the country being shipped to. In addition to the USPS shipping fees, there is a Handling Fee of $25.00 to cover the expense of the Custom Forms paper work, extra time at the Post Office, and the extra packaging required. As required by law, we list the actual cost of the item on the US Customs form. Please do not ask us to break the law by listing a lesser amount to save on import taxes. PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer warranty service outside of the USA. If your amp needs service, you will have to pay the cost of the shipping both ways back to our factory Texas.
