How To Place Your Order
Thank you for choosing Frenzel for your amp! We have tried to make the order process user friendly, but if you need any assistance with your order or have any questions, we will be glad to assist you. Please email us at sales@frenzeltubeamps.com.
HOW TO ORDER: All products are built to order and shipped direct to the customer. We do not stock any amps, cabs, speakers or accessories. We do not use dealers or have any showrooms or amps on hand to demonstrate. All sales are made direct from our website. To order any of our products, please fill out the ORDER FORM below. After you have finished filling out the form, press the SEND button. Once we receive your order, we will email you an acknowledgment of the order and send you an invoice to pay us with.
PAYMENT: Payment in full including shipping costs is due with your order. We do not take partial payments. Your order is not entered into our production schedule until your payment is received. Payment methods are shown below.
CREDIT CARDS: This is the preferred method of payment and will provide the quickest delivery time. Your order is entered into our production schedule as soon as you payment is received. We use PayPal to process all credit card orders. If you choose this method, we will send you a PayPal invoice. (All payments for sales outside the USA must be made with PayPal.)
CHECK OR MONEY ORDER: We accept Checks or USPS money orders. If you choose this method, we will email you an invoice with the address to mail your payment to, but please note that your order is not entered into our production schedule until your payment is received and has cleared our bank, so using this method will extend your delivery time. (All payments for sales outside the USA must be made with PayPal.)

STATUS REPORTS - During the build process on your order, we will send you status reports. Our lead time varies depending on our backlog at the time of your order. It is usually about 4 - 6 weeks, but please understand that this is an estimate and the actual time may vary. When your order is complete, we will send you a shipping notice with Tracking Info.
SHIPPING: We do not have any local pickup at our factory. All orders are shipped direct to the customer. We ship UPS ground in the USA and USPS Priority Mail outside of the USA. The buyer pays all shipping costs and insurance as required.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS: We try to describe the item as accurately as possible in the description. If you have any questions, please email us before purchasing your amp. All of our amps are custom built to order and for this reason ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Also, please note that once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled. The reason for this is that we do not stock any amps or parts. We have a large backlog of orders and to keep on schedule we have to process new orders immediately. Once your order is received, we take your funds and order the fabrication of the chassis, faceplates, transformers, parts, tubes, etc. There is no way we can cancel the orders with our suppliers once they have been processed. There are NO REFUNDS.
WARRANTY: We guarantee our amps unconditionally including component parts and labor for one year. If you have any problem, just send it back and we will repair it. This does not include tubes. Our tube warranty is 90 days which is the same warranty that we receive from our supplier.
SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE USA: All shipments outside the USA are shipped USPS Priority Mailin accordance with the import shipping requirements of the country being shipped to. As required by law, we list the actual cost of the item on the US Customs form. Please do not ask us to break the law by listing a lesser amount to save on import taxes. PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer warranty service outside of the USA.
