Novel coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
Dear Valued Customer,
The entire Frenzel team is working very hard to manage the evolving COVID-19 crisis. Our priority is keeping all of our team members and customers safe from the virus, with every possible preventative and protective measure.
To these ends, we have created policies to slow the virus spread. We have limited travel, canceled meetings, and tradeshows, restricted visitors, encouraged sick people to stay home, and have enhanced our cleaning and disinfection procedures. We are also protecting those that must work on-site by reducing the number of people in the building by encouraging working from home when possible.
We continue to ship globally. Customer Service and Technical Support teams are fully available by e-mail. However, due to a smaller team email response time may be delayed.
We are in close communication with our suppliers and shipping services; we will provide updates as they arrive, and we will continue to monitor the situation. There may be some disruptions of delivery to customers in quarantine areas, based on local route restrictions and government controls.
Any delivery changes on your order will continue to be communicated by Status Reports. Delivery dates and lead-times will also continue to be updated on any affected order.
